Legal & General (L&G) has brought two more later living schemes into its retirement portfolio.
The development in Hampshire looks to add 151 new homes, while the planning permission for the site in West Sussex has allowed for 141 houses.
L&G’s later living portfolio now has 1,000 homes in operation across six villages, in addition to a development pipeline of 4,000 further homes.
