Aegon appoints CEO to Transamerica

Aegon has appointed Will Fuller as chief executive (CEO) of Transamerica, a US life insurance company, and as a member of the management board of Aegon, effective 31 March.

He will take over from Mark Mullin, who was CEO for 11 years and who will subsequently become the new chairman of the board at Transamerica.

Previously, Fuller was an executive vice president at Lincoln Group.
