AXA IM Alts acquires Texan multi-family tower

AXA IM Alts has acquired a multi-family asset in Texas through a joint venture with RPM Living (“RPM”).

It marks the third investment by AXA IM Alts into the US residential market this year.

This acquisition forms part of AXA IM Alts’ wider long-term strategy to invest into residential asset classes which it believes are supported by strong demographic drivers. AXA IM Alts has a $27bn global portfolio of residential assets under management across 15 countries.
