Barings has acquired a logistics asset in the Helsinki region of Finland in an off-market transaction for €86m ($105m) from NRP, a Norwegian real estate investor.
The asset has been fully let to Onninen, a Finnish technical wholesale services, which uses the location as their Finnish central warehouse.
Deal included a £620m in-specie asset transfer of UK and US corporate bonds and UK gilts
