Barings sells Milan office to French insurer

Barings has sold an office building in Milan for an undisclosed sum to an Italian unit of a French insurance group, which will occupy the property.

The asset manager refurbished the property after acquiring it vacant in May 2019 and repositioned it as a Grade-A office building with a LEED platinum target rating – the highest level in the sustainable building system of the US Green Building Council.
