Dai-ichi Life backs ESG-driven fund

Dai-ichi Life has invested an undisclosed amount in MPower Partners Fund, a global venture capital fund looking for entrepreneurs who provide tech-enabled offerings to societal challenges.

The fund invests in Japanese and overseas start-ups in healthcare, financial technology, and sustainability, and aims to support their growth by incorporating environmental, social and governance into their growth strategies.
