L&G acquires £46.2m science park in Cambridge in joint venture

Bruntwood SciTech – the joint venture between Bruntwood and Legal & General – has acquired Melbourn Science Park in Cambridge from technology and product development company TTP for £46.2m ($64.4m).

The long leasehold purchase will allow Bruntwood SciTech to work with the local planning authority in the coming months to develop a growth plan for the future of the science park.
