Legal & General Capital (LGC), L&G Group’s alternative asset platform, has hired Wes Erlam as its director of urban regeneration, effective 6 April.
He will oversee all LGC’s direct investments in UK urban regeneration and help in “creating attractive assets to back pension liabilities”, the company stated.
Previously, Erlam was at the Morgan Sindall Group, a UK construction company, where he led the firm’s investment division.
