M&G's Catalyst strategy forms partnership with Ardcairn Capital

M&G’s Catalyst strategy has formed a partnership with Ardcairn Capital, a new development finance lender in Ireland to create a residential development finance firm.

With Ireland struggling to meet housing demand, the partnership will look to make an undisclosed amount of capital available to small and medium sized residential developers to deliver housing projects, with the aim of funding 10,000 homes over the next five years.
