Manulife IM hires USB manager for China asset management position

Canada’s Manulife Investment Management (IM) has hired Adrian Chen from UBS for a newly-created position as head of wealth and asset management for China, effective from 1 March.

Chen is based in Shanghai and reports to Michael Dommermuth, head of wealth and asset management for Asia.

Before joining Manulife IM, he worked at UBS for 13 years in various positions, including general manager and legal representative of UBS Ruihua and UBS Asset Management.
