Phoenix Group fills new chief operating officer role with EY director

Phoenix Group has appointed Reema Kotecha to the newly created role of chief operating officer for its asset management team.

Kotecha will report directly to chief investment officer Michael Eakins and lead on the “ongoing development of Phoenix’s investment platform capabilities, as well as focusing on enhanced data collection and reporting”.

Previously, she was at EY where she worked for eight years, most recently as a director.
