Valeria Piani has been appointed to the newly formed position of head of stewardship at Phoenix Group.
She joins from UBS Asset Management and will lead the company’s engagement and voting strategy, responsible for overseeing the evaluation of the stewardship capabilities of Phoenix’s asset management partners and managing Phoenix’s in house stewardship team.
