L&G set to buy Reading office building

Legal & General is to buy Apex Plaza, an office building in Reading, Berkshire, from M&G Real Estate for close to £90m ($140m), according to CoStar News.

CoStar News also reported last week that L&G with Wrenbridge, a leading UK property company, is negotiating to buy The Grafton Centre in Cambridge from M&G Real Estate for in excess of the £92.5m guide price.

And last month it was reported that L&G was to pay Co-operative Bank about £87.5m for Priory Court and Temple Court in Birmingham.
