Manulife IM appoint managing director for China

Manulife Investment Management has hired Ernest Yeung as its first managing director of wealth and asset management for China.

Based primarily out of Hong Kong, Yeung will head up the asset manager's institutional, retirement and retail offerings for the Chinese market. He joins from Changsheng Fund Management where he also was managing director.

Yeung will report to James Chen, head of wealth and asset management for North Asia at Manulife.
