Mapping the impact of climate change

Physical climate risks will significantly impact insurance portfolios. Wellington discuss their tool for assessing specific places' and assets' risk exposures.

Partnered content

Wellington's collaboration with Woodwell Climate Research Center (WCRC) is based on the belief that physical climate risks will have significant impacts on capital-asset pricing, and that integrating climate research with investment research can help us reach better outcomes for our clients.

In our latest video, we introduce the climate-exposure risk-analysis tool that we have developed in partnership with WCRC. Using this software, our investment teams can assess exposure to climate-related risk for locations and specific assets such as municipal bonds, REITs, infrastructure, and structured securities.
